A little about me

My name is Gabriel Sarates. I am from Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) and I am 24 years old. I have been passionate about technology, especially programming, since I was very young.

My first encounters with code were while playing on the computer, around the age of 13. I developed a liking and curiosity that led me to create my own game servers and modifications.

When I started university at the age of 17, I already had a good amount of knowledge, which helped me get a job quickly. This achievement brought me a lot of experience and growth in the subject. Since then, I have been serving various clients and helping them build solid mechanisms in the field of information technology, whether it's management systems, websites, or other solutions.

Skills and knowledge

Nowadays, my primary focus is on web development, and to achieve that, I leverage the leading technologies in the market.

However, recognizing that each client comes with unique needs, I have compiled a list of the key topics that I am proficient in and have experience with!

This involves the development of solutions that are accessible through your browser, such as websites, management systems, blogs, online stores, etc. These projects can be accessed from any device that connects to the internet and has a modern operating system, in other words, any smartphone, computer, or tablet.

Creation of applications for the two main operating systems today: iOS and Android. The applications address specific needs that are sometimes not well served through web projects.

These are systems created exclusively for computers. A common example is the supermarket system that you see every time you're at the checkout scanning your items.

Any system or application developed requires a structure that will provide support and availability for it. This structure needs to be hosted somewhere, we call this "place" a server. Each type of application requires a different server with specific configurations to meet its requirements. These servers can be hosted in the cloud or even in a physical location.

There are many repetitive activities that can be automated. These automations can work in various ways and definitely help a lot in the day-to-day work of those who use them.
